What does the price include?
The price quoted include ticket delivery, service charge and all taxes if applicable. |
How long in advance should I make a booking?
For train ticket booking only, we only accept bookings made anywhere between 10 days to 60 days before your chosen travel date. Due to the current reservation policy of the China Rail Authority, we can do nothing even if you reserve far in advance. You may have heard from other resources that you can book tickets from them months in advance, unfortunately what others don't tell you is, your reservation form will be put somewhere on the table for months until they can do anything. To save your valuable time and ours, please reserve your tickets 10 days to 60 days before your chosen travel date.
For our flexible mini-package (includes hotel, tour), you may place the booking anywhere between 10 days to 90 days. This allows us to secure you the best hotels in the range. |
How to make a payment?
Payment can be made by credit card or cash on delivery.
Our staff will contact you for the payment details and all others upon a request of your reservation, which is made via our booking form.
Transactions will be handled by our head office in UK. All payment will be settled in GBP (British Sterling). The Euro/USD prices given are calculated based on average exchange rates and should be treated as reference only. |
Do you ship the tickets to my home address?
Unfortunately no. Although we can reserve your train tickets a couple of weeks before your departure, however, in most routes, the China Rail Authority only issue actual ticket itself around 4-7 day in advance. The DHL only guarantees delivery in 3 days. So we'll deliver the tickets locally direct to your hotel, free of charge. |
How to pick up the tickets once I arrived? Am I required to go to your local office?
As mentioned above, the prices quoted already include ticket delivery charge. We will deliver the train tickets direct to your hotel. No hassle, no fuss. |
